Adobe Photoshop Express
Finally, after the long wait since I posted about Adobe Photoshop Express, it has been released to public.
Adobe Photoshop Express is an online photo-editing tool, allowing users to upload, edit and share photos online.

Well, with the functionalities available online is not much like of the desktop Photoshop. This is much like of a downgraded version but at least the basic photo editing tool is there.
Other online photo-editing start-ups are Piknik and FotoFlexer.
Here are some key feeatures of this free service from Adobe (taken from Adobe’s blog posted by John Nack):
- Includes tools for applying spot healing, distortions, sharpening/softening, color tweaks, image filters, and more
- Offers 2GB of space for storing images
- Supports tie-ins to Facebook, MySpace, and Picasa
- Runs in any browser on Mac, Windows, or Linux using the Flash Player (v9) [Update: Sounds like there are some beta-ish glitches in some browsers]
- Will include an AIR-based desktop version (useful for editing images offline) and printing services
- Will remain free, with paid service adding more functionality
