Backing Up MS Outlook

by Jerome Locson on April 13th, 2008

If you are planning to reformat your PC or reinstall MS Outlook, be sure that you backup all necessary files that you need like contacts, emails, and Email accounts. To do that is simple, as shown below, you need to export your folders to a format of Personal Folder file (.pst / PST) by going to the menu File > Import and Export, then just select the appropriate options and settings. Choose Export if you need to backup, Import if you restore your backup.

Be sure that you keep your backup files secured if in case something might happened along the way. Enjoy!
