Project Scheduling with MS Excel

Proper project management aids business people to meet objectives in a timely manner. Speaking of time, it is necessary to consider adequate time allocation per activity involved in a project. Common method of allocating time or so called project scheduling with visual aids is by Gantt Chart of PERT Diagrams. But, I will be give you tips and links on how to do project scheduling using Gannt Charts with Microsoft Excel, you can also use other tools or Microsoft Project for that matter.
