Yes, you read it right… Peepel not paper….
Peepel is a collection of online office applications that can run simultaneously in a one windows. It works for both Firefox and Internet Explorer browsers. PeepelWindows are not the usual pop-up windows that are blocked by the pop-up blocker.
Here are some of its unique features:
- RSS - Point your favourite RSS reader at www.peepel.com/rss to be notified of changes to your shared files and more.
- File Import - You can now import your documents and spreadsheets into your Peepel account. Supports most popular formats.
- Notifier - Built into the PeepelDesktop to tell you important messages while you work and show what occurred while you were away.
- Peepel Desktop is the technology that enables multiple Windows and applications opened in the one browser window.
- Collaboration allows two or more users to work on a document together.
- File Sharing - Share your files with other users.
- Contact Manager - Choose who to share files with and see who has shared files with you.
- WebWriter is a word processor. It can be used from any modern browser.
- WebSheet is a spreadsheet. Access your spreadsheet files from anywhere.
- Browser - A mini web browser that runs in a Window and takes advantage of our dynamic Panel.
- Templates - Documents that have standard parts already completed for you, such as letter, are now available as Templates.
- The Panel stays at the top of your Peepel Desktop and changes for each application you are using.
- TaskBar allows users to easily see what files are open by bringing the relevant Window to the top of the Desktop.
- WorkSpace Manager is used to save a desktop layout, and return to it anytime easily.
