Trying out OpenGoo, the Open Source Web Office
Yup, another web office here - the OpenGoo.
OpenGoo or Open Source Web Office is an open source web office which allows you create, publish, share and collaborate documents. Currently, it allows you to create text documents, spreadsheets (coming soon), presentations, Task Lists, E-mails, Calendars, Web Links, and Contacts.

OpenGoo is a server application which requires you to install a localhost server like XAMP or WAMP. Or, if you want to install it in a server, you need to have Apache 2.0+, PHP 5.0+ (5.2+ recommended), and MySQL 4.1+ with InnoDB support.

This is an interesting idea, but without a spreadsheet, it isn’t very useful for business users. I’ve been using eXpresso (www.expressocorp.com) to work with my Excel spreadsheets online. It is very different from OpenGoo because it uses real Excel files.
